Project will not publish without freezing

| Now then people. I'm fairly new to this. I have managed to edit and publish one movie to DVD without any problems. Editing was fairly extensive. I edited about 3hrs of DV tapes into a 59 minute movie. As I said, no problems.
However, my second attempt and publishing keeps ending in failure. I've edited 11 hours of footage down to a two hour film. Whenever I try to publish it to my hard drive or to DVD it freezes at 28% or 22.3% respectively whilst encoding. I've looked on the 'tinterweb' for ... |
