Cant Get PhotStory 3 to install! 8/17/2005 1:33:48 PM   (Total replies: 2)
I have tried (unsucsesfully) for weeks to enlist the tech support of Microsoft to find out why I cant install PS3 on my home XP machine. Anybody have any problems with this?

No, I upgraded to 10 as part of the requirments. What really tweaks me (aside form the poor responce fro MS on this issue) is that each time in attempted to load the application, I received a different error msg. I have read that there is a possible rights issue but I have checked and all folders as referanced (My Documents) is not restricted. I am logged in as the only (administrative) profile on this box.
