Of course u can. You should make a video file of your presentation. This is the best program I ever used to convert pp presentations to video. You can find it here: http://www.geovid.com/download/presentation-to-video.exe

I want to suggest you a program for video capturing which is called Screen VidShot. http://www.geovid.com/Screen_VidShot/ It is shareware but it's not as expensive as Camtasia and others... Good luck!
