I have a question about this as well. The Movie Maker worked fine, I made a video and now it won't work at all. Everytime I use a fade or any transition (sp) it closes the program down. Here are my hardware settings: Memory: 512 MB Hard drive: 25 Gigs of free space Processor: At least a 1.1 or 1.2 Why would it work one minute, and then not work at all? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Sorry, but I found out the answer. I had to rename a codex file. Problem solved.
