XP Movie Maker on newer operating systems

What is the oldest version of movie maker that can run on newer operating systems (e.g. Windows 8.1 or 10)?

Version 2.6 (the XP version) is the oldest version I would consider running on Windows 8.1 or Windows 10. FYI, I have it on a Windows 10 system.

I do as well! I use it to put together clips when making a video, making a credits scene, and sometimes some effects.
