RehanFX Chroma fading out audio Posted: 13 May 2013 03:14 AM |
WMM6, Win7 32-bit. I've noticed that when trying to use RehanFX Chroma Blue 0.5, with "A" being a video playing full size in the back, and "B" being a PNG file that includes a blue background so that it can overlay "A", the audio in "A" starts to fade out. As soon as the transition is over, the audio is back at original volume. Any idea if there's a way to stop this? |

Once again, found my own answer.
SOLUTION: Drag the same video clip down to the Audio/Music layer, then mute/turn down the volume of the audio on the Video layer. Purty easy. :D |

Correct. Because you are using a transition in a non-standard way to get two video streams to appear at once, there is a side-effect: the audio transitions too, fading from one to the other. Thanks for reminding people of the workaround of putting a separate copy of the sound onto the audio/music track and muting the original. |
