Youtube - sign in and upload. Posted: 10 May 2013 07:11 AM |
I can't seem to upload my movies to youtube straight from WMM.
Everytime I select Export to Youtube it tells me I need to sign in but I can't find a sign-in option anywhere in WMM. I am signed in to Youtube while doing this btw. Is it a seperate sign-in and how can I find the options for it?
Also, if I save it and upload it directly to Youtube, it uploads it in the lowest res.
Any help would be greatly apprceiated.
I have done it before and been able to get the res but that was a while ago and I just can't seem to sort it this time.

Let's try this first as two steps, then work on the one step process.
When you save it to your computer, what resolution are you choosing? Each output choice should show you the actual dimensions and bitrate. Pick one that is the high resolution you want. Preview it on your PC to confirm the resolution is as desired.
Now, upload manually to YouTube and check the resolution.
If you see a resolution drop, is it in saving or in uploading?
As for why the one step process is giving a PW error, I would check your settings. If you still can't figure it out, view post 242841. |

Thanks mate. I wasn't saving it as a movie but a project. Works fine now. :) |
