Trying to 'hide' some stuff in my video...

I am doing a video that shows an account login, and I'd like to put a 'black box' over it so nobody can see what I am typing while in the video. Is there a way to do that?

I should add, I'm doing this in Windows Live Movie Maker

Do you have any more details? I googled for "overlay plug in XML windows movie maker" but the results are mixed.
