saving a 4 min video issue

hi,
ive recently made a vid of my favorite racing game, when i go to save it to my 500GB external hard drive it comes up with this error vvvvv

Welcome to the forums.
Try converting your original files to wmv or DV-AVI format before importing them into your Movie Maker project. |
