WMM Keeps closing and restarting!

can any1 help, i dont much about computers- i get this in the problems and solutions bit

Welcome to the forums.
This problem can be caused by a third party program. Do you happen to have Nero installed on your system? If you do, try going to the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead folder and renaming the DSFilter folder. If that works you would need to rename that folder back to its' original name whenever you use Nero. |
