What's the file format of the movies from that camera and are you trying to import the movies from that camera into Movie Maker or directly into Nero?

Indications are that it is a MVI format.

Try converting them to avi format using SUPER and selecting MS-mpeg4-v2 as the video output codec.

2nd question pertaining to the first. Does Windows Movie Maker accept MVI or do I go the same route using SUPER and where do i get this codec you are mentioning.

Movie Maker doesn't support MVI files and SUPER comes with all the codecs (including that one) that it uses for converting files.

Having difficulty downloading SUPER C software, I have cliked on "Download and Use", but no download dialogue box is opening up and all I get is advertisement for NCH Video Converter. and some listings of requirements.

See this page for more details on the download process for SUPER.

Another setback

When I follow the link and place my cursor over "Here", nothing happens and the hand doesn't appear when I put mouse over "Here"

However explain something to me MSIE cache. Is that the same cache that appears on dropdown list under Windows XP "tools" .

My javascript is enabled

and what is "HTTP_referrer?

That page is simply the instructions for how to download SUPER and does not include the actual download links. Try going to this page and then following those instructions.

To clear the MSIE cache, open IE and go to "Tools > Internet Options > General" and under "Browsing history" click on the "Delete" button.

See this Wikipedia article for more info on "HTTP referrer".

Good places to start are the SUPER FAQ's and forum. If you still have questions after that, post back here or in a new thread and someone will probably be able to help you.

I have followed the link for FORUMS by am having difficulty in getting the forums to load up. It seems to take quite a while with indication that "Please wait while data base is loading" and this goes on for minutes, while at the bottom of my screen left hand corner says "Done".

I just tried and ran into the same problem with their forums website. I don't know if they're just having a server problem or taken their forums down for maintenance or ??? The only things I can suggest would be to check their FAQs and, if you still have an unanswered question, keep checking back to see if their forums come back online or post the question here and hopefully someone will be able to help.
