There are a number of online file conversion services. I'd recommend you try Media Converter as it seems to be one of the better ones for converting video (but make sure you check that your file doesn't exceed the maximum allowable size for uploading). Desilucy has step-by-step instructions for it under the "Use a Given Converter" item on his "How Do I?" page. If you decide to try it, make sure you convert your files to wmv or avi format.

Not a free one, but this one is the best I have ever used.
