1.Re: New Transitions pack: ShaderTFX with PIP + Chroma + Gradient Wipes
Posted by swami on 8/17/2007 6:11:55 PM
ok, I have a Windows Vista Home Premium PC 32 bit 2 quad CPU
I just installed RehanFX Shader Transitions & Effects.
Everything works beautifully, except for the Chroma Blue
& Chroma Green.
I installed the program as an administrator.
Great job Rehan! They are awesome!

Just thought I would share my experience.

Sorry. Everything works fine.
I looked at the website you pointed to and tried several
pictures and clips. Thanks for the tip!
I wonder why they don't work for some people.
Mine installed perfectly!
Again....great work!

Fishycomics did a tutorial on blue screen

Blue Screen Project

You can use a green or blue plastic sheet from the party store for about $10.00 or paint a wall.
Walmart has this color Arugula (number 91322, which works great in Premier, if you choose to paint.
You could also use sheets. Just make sure there are no wrinkles.

Did you use both image and .xml files I zipped?
They work for me fine.
Bring in your video and choose titles..look for Achievement unlocked
and click done.
You can type whatever you want on the banner.

Can you post your video with that title?

I never got Blaine's achievement to work for me so I tweaked it, using the same
name for the image and the .xml title.
achievement unlocked.png achievement unlocked.xml
My image is transparent becauce I checked it out in Movie maker.
It works fine for me. looks the same as Blaines.

the link is working now. Sorry about that.
The images can be almost any size.
You can always google for .png files to make it
easier.
I also have quite a few .png images.
If you are looking for something in particular, let
me know.

Thanks Patrick! love your effects.
The new one is exactly what I am looking for.
PSP comes in handy for creating.
Keep up the great work!

Here's another clip using Crazy talk with Movie Maker and Patrick's
Wipe Transitions using Rehan's Shader TFX
I also used Patrick's Moving logo for the ghost flying down.
The wipe is Dancing skeletons.
I used a hand.png for the Moving logo hand along the bottom.

MANYCAM

— Use your webcam with multiple programs simultaneously.
— Add text to your webcam video window with any application.
— Add cool animations to your video window.
— Show your local day and date in your video window.
— Add live CGI graphics like fire and water effects. You can even make it appear as if it is snowing
inside your house.

19.Re: Movie Maker Doesn't like video file type .vob please help
Posted by swami on 10/25/2007 6:25:57 PM
A good method Hitthebongo has.
something easy and worth a try is:

Copy your .VOB file in the folder and then right click and rename
the file with .mpg
That usually works with files and I have no problem with the file playing
in movie maker.
I also use 3GP_Converter. free software to convert different files
it can convert to .avi plus others.

to our home to rest before returning to his home. Also My brother was visiting.
Very sad news about my brother who has stage 4 cancer of the prostate.
Sorry to vent here.............I guess I felt the need.
