Besides the Plus! Dancers and a ton of other gadgets not related to Movie Maker you get 25 new effects and 25 new transitions.

Basically it's a usb device that allows you to plug your VCR into it and copy files to your computer. They usually sell for around $75.00. |

To receive a good answer, you should provide more information.
What is the file type that you're importing?
Does this happen only within the Movie Maker preview screen, or once the movie has been saved in windows media player too?
Have you lowered your hardware acceleration?
What are your systems specs? Ram, HD size, processor, video card? Don't expect to edit video on a below par machine. Video editing is one of the most ... |

Not for windows 2000.
Your best bet would be Microsoft Producer or another companies software like the ones listed at the top of the page. |

I read your other post and it looks like you are just using photos and music to create your videos? If so, I recommend using Microsoft Photo Story instead of Windows Movie Maker.

I would take a long hard look at what it causing you to decide in not upgrading to Service Pack 2.
If it's your anti-virus, then I would remove it and opt for the FREE AVG Anti-Virus www.grisoft.com/us/us_dwnl_free.php
The only reason you should'nt be running SP2 is if you're in a corporate environment that has legacy applications that are not compatible for one reason or ... |

Within Timeview mode, can you drag the audio bar making it last longer? Otherwise get a sound editing application and import it back into MM2 after you are done. |

Not from within Movie Maker, but you can try saving the audio portion alone as a .wma file and then bring it into another tool for cleanup.
After it's cleaned bring the audio back into Movie Maker and sync it with your movie. |
