Posted by PDug on 9/1/2003 11:01:09 AM

Audio File Sound Skips During Image Transitions

SYMPTOMS
When you add an MP3 music file to a Windows Movie Maker project, you may find that the sound skips or hesitates during image transitions.

CAUSE
This problem may occur if you are using an MP3 file that has a low bit rate. The problem may be more noticeable when you save the movie as a DV-AVI NTSC file.

All you need to do within Windows Movie Maker is under #3 select save to My Computer... This will start a wizard that guides you through the rendering process and allows you select a name for your Movie and a location to save it.

Once completed, browse to that file and watch it in Windows Media player to verify it's quality etc..

If everything looks good then open MyDVD and select Create DVD then browse to your finished Movie Maker movie(Not the Movie Maker ...
