This does nothing for those who are in areas with only one Phone service provider. My phone company still wants 45+ per mo for DSL.

PapaJohn, I would have to say that you would be the last person I would expect to have troubles. Maybe you've outgrown the capabilites of MyDVD and need to step up to a prosumer product. I've read good things about Sony Vegas - http://mediasoftware.sonypictures.com/Products/ShowProduct.asp?PID=967

Sonic should include you as a beta tester.
12.Capture from a DVD
Posted by MrPibb on 3/31/2005 5:09:26 PM
Hi, I'm not trying to pirate DVDs. I need to capture some video footage off an old training video from my employer that is on a DVD.

Once it's captured I'll need to be able to work with that footage in Movie Maker and then I'll be using MyDVD to save it again.

Can explain the process to complete this?

Thanks in advance.

Check out www.papajohn.org. I believe he has made custom profiles for Windows Movie Maker and maybe one of them will fit your needs.
